Jessica Rae Good is accused of ‘crashing a minor’s birthday party and raping a boy, 17’

Good, 43, is charged with unlawful sexual activity with minors and willful abuse of a child without causing great bodily harm

The alleged victim reported that his ‘250-pound attacker’ pinned him down and had sex with 17-year-old boy after drunkenly crashing the birthday party at a home in Port Charlotte, Florida on May 9

The teen claimed that while Good was raping him, he could not push her off of him because she was ‘too heavy’

A 12-year-old girl who she witnessed the suspect and victim having sex, thinks the act was ‘mutual’ even as she confirmed that the boy did whisper ‘help’ to her and got up after to throw up in the bathroom

She said told the boy to slide out, arguing that he could have easily pushed Good off of himself

She Jessica Good has denied raping the teen, who she knows to be under 18 – she told cops she blacked out and later woke up to find the 17-year-old digitally penetrating her

Good was arrested on May 12, but released from the Charlotte County Jail after posting a $150,000 bond. She’s due to be arraigned on June 21

In Florida, age of consent is 18 years old, and sex with someone under 18 is considered statutory rape

A Florida woman arrested on suspicion of raping a 17-year-old old boy in front of a 12-year-old girl after drunkenly crashing a children’s birthday party is facing two counts each of unlawful sexual activity with certain minors and willful abuse of a child without causing great bodily harm. 
Jessica Rae Good, from Punta Gorda, was booked into the Charlotte County Jail on May 12 on for abusing the teen in the presence of another juvenile.  She was taken into custody after the alleged victim told a staffer at his high school that he was raped over the weekend. 
According to the probable cause affidavit, on May 9 the teen said, he had been attending a 16th birthday party at a bowling alley, when some of the kids decided to go back and spend the night with their friend at a home in Port Charlotte, according to the redacted document.
The homeowner returned with a friend Jessica Good, after a night out drinking at some bars. The suspect reportedly, was intoxicated. The homeowner went to bed, but Good allegedly stayed up hanging out with the juveniles.
Good continued to ‘hang out’ with the youngsters.
Good also allegedly provided alcohol to the 17-year-old victim. The boy allegedly was not used to drinking.
During an interview with the authorities, the teen said he was sleeping on a loveseat after the party when Good came over, pulled down his pants and underwear, then exposed her privates, grabbed his penis and began raping him. 
Detectives interviewed Good, who allegedly claimed that she blacked out that night and woke up to find the teenage boy digitally penetrating her.
She denied raping the victim.
Detectives also interviewed another juvenile who attended the party who said Good made inappropriate sexual comments that night and that the kids were trying to get her to leave the party.
In one example, the defendant allegedly asked if a boy would “beat his meat” after she left.
She also allegedly calling a 12-year-old girl a ‘wh***’ and encouraged her to have sex with one of the boys, whose “dick was probably down to his knee.”
Cell phone video from the witness confirmed that Good was intoxicated, detectives said.
The 17-year-old claimed he ‘could not push [the 250 lbs woman] her off of him because she was too heavy.’
The boy told investigators Good continued having sex with him until she either urinated, or released bodily fluids all over him. She then left. 
However, the 12-year-old girl who witnessed the sex act offered a different version of events. The girl was in the living room when the two adults arrived home intoxicated. The girl witnessed Jessica Good giving the boy alcohol.
The 43-year-old woman she said, called her a “whore” multiple times, and told her to go after a boy because of the size off his penis.
After falling asleep on a bean bag chair in the living room, she was awakened by moaning noises coming from Good and the 17-year-old boy, who she said were actively having sex in a loveseat just a foot away from her. 
‘[The girl] stated the sex was mutual and they were both actively engaged in it,’ according to the affidavit.
‘Neither of them was telling the other to stop, and both were moving.’ 
The 12-year-old told detectives that at one point the teen boy whispered ‘help’ to her, and she instructed him to slide away.
The girl believes the teen boy ‘could have easily pushed [Good] off very easily if he wanted to.’
According to the juvenile witness, the boy later got off the loveseat and went to the bathroom to vomit. He then returned, ‘slipped in behind the suspect’ and proceeded to digitally penetrate her.
When questioned about the incident by detectives, Good claimed she had been out drinking with a friend, and that she later blacked out and did not remember anything that happened that night.
She said that when she woke up on the loveseat, she found the 17-year-old digitally penetrating her. Good denied raping the boy, whom she allegedly knew to be younger than 18.  
In Florida, the age of consent is 18 years old, and sexual intercourse with someone who is under 18 is considered statutory rape. 
Good who has no criminal history in Charlotte County was released from the Charlotte County Jail after posting a $150,000 bond. She’s due to be arraigned on June 21.
