Rapper and music mogul Sean Combs’ has been charged with a string of horrific sex crimes.
The music mogul, 54, was indicted in Manhattan on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charge and transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested by Homeland Security in New York City overnight Monday, as part of a federal sex-trafficking investigation.
Diddy, formerly known as Puff Daddy traveled voluntarily to the city, according to his attorney, has been scheduled to appear before a federal judge Tuesday.
Sean “Diddy” Combs who successfully transitioned from rapper to a power house in the American pop music scene, allegedly engaged in a pattern of abuse, that lasted years.
Combs, feds alleged Tuesday in the indictment, forced women into sick “Freak Off” sex sessions with male prostitutes that were often recorded while the music producer masturbated.
An indictment unsealed Tuesday morning revealed details of his alleged depraved behavior by Combs who allegedly used “embarrassing and sensitive” recordings of days-long “freak off” sex sessions with male prostitutes to blackmail his female victims, along with other forms of coercion.

The music mogul has been accused of hitting and abusing women for over a decade and presiding over an empire of sexual crimes, Manhattan federal prosecutors said.
“Freak Offs were elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded,” the newly unsealed court papers allege.
Combs, the indictment alleges, would lure the women into his orbit, ‘often under the pretense of a romantic relationship,’ before plying victims with drugs to “keep the victims obedient and compliant.”
The “regularly” occurring Freak Offs could last for days and Combs and the victims would often receive IV fluids in the aftermath “to recover from the physical exertion and drug use,” the feds allege.
His employees allegedly helped facilitate the “Freak Offs” by arranging travel, booking hotel rooms where they would take place and stocking the rooms with supplies, including drugs, baby oil, lubricants and extra linen.

Over the past year, Combs has been sued by people who say he subjected them to physical or sexual abuse. He has denied many of those allegations and his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, called the new indictment an ‘unjust prosecution.’
The indictment does not specify any new names despite claiming that Diddy’s entourage helped him run his criminal organization.
During a search of Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles this year, law enforcement seized narcotics and more than a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant, according to the indictment.
He ‘engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse toward women and other individuals,’ according to an indictment unsealed Tuesday.
Detailing allegations dating to 2009, the indictment accuses him of abusing, threatening and coercing women for years ‘to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.’

The indictment accuses Combs of striking, punching and dragging women on numerous occasions, throwing objects and kicking them — and enlisting his personal assistants, security and household staff to help hide it all.The indictment describes Combs as the head of a criminal enterprise engaged in or attempting to engage in activities including sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, drug offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.
Diddy has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The indictment includes alleged crimes by Diddy dating back to 2009.
Combs has faced a wave of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and misconduct since November, when former girlfriend Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura who once was also signed his Bad Boy record label, sued him in federal court, accusing him of years of physical and sexual abuse.
Cassie, was once signed to Combs’ Bad Boy record label. The two settled her lawsuit a day after it was filed, without disclosing the terms of the settlement. An attorney for Combs said the settlement was not an acknowledgment of wrongdoing. He previously denied the allegations.

Diddy’s entourage is accused of sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently facing another lawsuit amid his mounting legal woes as a pop singer this month sued him for ‘sexually abusing’ her.
Danity Kane’s Dawn Richard in her suit claims that the rapper ‘terrorized and sexually abused’ her. Richard claims that she was ‘manipulated’ by Combs on promises that he would help her music career. She also alleges that she has witnessed Diddy abusing Cassie.
After the hotel video of Combs assaulting Ventura was published, Howard University cut ties with him. In June, the school rescinded an honorary degree it awarded him and disbanded a scholarship program in his name. The allegations of abuse have not been limited to heterosexual suits. Earlier this month a Michigan judge ordered Combs to pay $100 million to Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, who said Combs drugged and sexually assaulted him at a party almost 30 years ago,.
Smith, 51, “a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years,” according to Combs’ attorney, won the huge judgment by default in Lenawee County Circuit Court during a virtual hearing on September 10, after the beleaguered singer, failed to show up in court to defend himself.

The avalanche of sexual abuse lawsuits filed against Diddy include one filed by woman who said Combs raped her two decades ago when she was 17.
Music producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones sued Combs for forcing him to have sex with prostitutes. Jones who is seeking $30million in damages, further alleges that he believes Combs also drugged him on February 2, 2023. That he woke up naked, dizzy and confused in bed with Combs and two sex workers.
In another suit, April Lampros, said Combs subjected her to ‘terrifying sexual encounters,’ starting when she was a college student in 1994.

Diddy’s past legal troubles includes a 2001 acquittal on charges related to a Manhattan nightclub shooting in 1999, that injured three people for which his then protege, Shyne, was convicted of assault and other charges. Shyne would go on to serve about eight years in prison.
