Woman is murdered on livestream as ‘shooter’s girlfriend cheered on’ fatal fight in Florida – police discount ‘stand your ground claims,’ charge Savon Tyler with killing Lauren Martin

A Florida woman and her girlfriend have been charged with first-degree homicide after she gunned down a female photographer during a fight, believed to be over unpaid fees, outside her home as her girlfriend egged her on, to ‘beat’, the visitor who was on a debt collection drive.
The friend police said, livestreamed the fatal encounter. 
Savon Chantay Tyler, 35, was charged along with Lakevia Davonna Pringle, 31, in the shooting death of 34-year-old Lauren Ashley Martin outside Tyler’s house in Sanford, Florida, on November 5.
Police said that Martin drove from from downtown Orlando to Sanford,about 25-miles northeast, to Tyler’s house over an ongoing argument.
The two women got into a verbal spat outside Tyler’s house at the Greystone Townhomes, that turned physical. 
‘During the altercation, Tyler shot Lauren multiple times,’ the Sanford Police Department said in a statement.
Responding officers on arrival just after 7 pm, found Martin laying in the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot injuries.

Police added that Pringle livestreamed the fight to social media and that she ‘can be heard encouraging Tyler to continue the altercation, which led to the homicide of Lauren.’
Tyler came out of her home with a miniature child’s baseball bat and a gun, captured on her girlfriend’s Facebook Live.
According to the Martin family, the victim was a photographer, and there was some disagreement between the two about pictures Martin took of Tyler.
“Someone went online and made a comment…then another person went online and made a comment just back and forth and spiraled out of control from there,” Jessica Burks, the victim’s aunt, told WESH.

According to court records, when Tyler saw Martin at her house, she armed herself with a “… children’s miniature baseball bat…” and a “… 9mm sky handgun.”
In the middle of the street, the two women started beating each other in what police described as a “… mutual-combat style fist fight.”
Tyler had initially set down the gun nearby and approached Martin in the road with the bat – leading to a fight. 
Pringle, who is believed to be Tyler’s girlfriend, reportedly encouraged her partner ‘to beat Martin’ but soon the victim managed to gain control of the bat. 
It was then that Tyler allegedly picked up her gun and with her girlfriend’s encouragement and shot the victim twice, once in the arm and once in the abdomen.

At the end of the clip, Lauren Martin can be seen leaving her house and getting into a car to go over Savon Tyler’s house. The ensuing confrontation at Tyler’s house ended with her being shot dead

Tyler who remained at the scene, told responding officers that she shot Martin, because ‘she was worried the woman might have a gun on her and that she was worried about her four kids inside her home’, according to a Miami Herald report. 
She was charged with one count of First-Degree Homicide. 
Her friend Pringle was similarly charged with Principle in the First-Degree to First-Degree Premeditated Homicide.

According to victim’s family, the argument was over some pictures Martin, a professional photographer had taken of Tyler which generated comments on social media

At one point, one of the suspects could be heard saying: ‘Please don’t get me started. I’m trying to be professional. B**** you have enough to put down on a house. H** leave me alone.   
‘Leave me alone. You got your money. The bank got their money. I got my money. Everybody got their money.’
One of the suspects can also be heard trying to provoke Martin and saying, ‘B**** can y’all give me some money?’ 
After a few minutes, Martin can be heard saying: ‘Hold on. This b**** is running off her mouth. Let me go and handle this.’ 
She adds: ‘I’m heading to Sanford now, let’s go.’ 
At the end of the clip, Martin can be seen leaving her house and getting into a car.
It remains unclear what the three woman were referring to in the conversation.

According to the Martin family, the victim was a photographer, and there was some disagreement between the two about pictures Martin took of Tyler.

According to court records, when Tyler saw Martin at her house, she armed herself with a “… children’s miniature baseball bat…” and a “… 9mm sky handgun.”

Martin was transported to a local hospital where she died at a hospital.
Police said they ruled out self-defense and stand your ground claims, arrested and charged Tyler with homicide.
