A decomposing body was found inside the trunk of an impounded Tesla reportedly registered to a musician
Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department made the discovery on Monday, after receiving reports of a foul odor coming from a vehicle at the impound lot. The body had been placed in a bag inside the front trunk of the car.
TV footage showed police towing the Tesla out of the impound lot. The vehicle had been sitting in the lot for a few days, according to city authorities.
The vehicle reportedly, registered to the 20-year-old singer singer D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke.

Vehicle owner, D4ad, known for songs including ‘Here with Me’ and ‘Romantic Homicide’, after he released his debut album ‘Withered’ earlier in 2025, is currently in the middle of a world tour, with dates across Europe set for next month.
