Awful: The decapitated body of Artyom was found in a park. His head was cut off while he was still breathing
The row degenerated into a fight and the younger teen took out a kitchen knife from his backpack and twice stabbed his rival in the back and abdomen, it is claimed.
With Artyom still alive but badly wounded, he is then said to have then “started to cut off his head with the knife”.
He then “took the severed head by the hair, put it in a garbage bag, and then into a backpack”, reported newspaper DVnovosti.
Another paper, The Siberian Times, reported: “He dragged the body to another part of the park and put Artyom’s student papers on his chest.
“Then he went home, hid his bloodstained clothes in his wardrobe, took a shower and went to bed.”
Artyom told the other teen his girlfriend had been the one to come onto him, the girl’s apparent lie still cost his life and Rasskazov later threw his head into the Amur River
The next day the ‘victorious’ killer paid his girlfriend a visit, told her about the murder and presented her with the severed head.
Authorities said the teen “wanted to bring the head to his beloved [girlfriend] to prove his love in this way,” adding the 16-year-old later confessed to the beheading in a formal statement.
Police have interviewed the “distraught” girl, but no further details have been given, they have not released her comments on the gruesome murder.
After showing Matsneva the severed head of his love rival, Rasskazov then tried to hide it.
He admitted to police that he put some stones in the backpack with the head and threw it to the Amur River, reported Siberian Times.
Olena posted photos of PDAs with Artyom on Facebook yet told her boyfriend, it was the other way round

The woman in the center of the controversy also posted images of Artyom’s tattooed chest on social media

The killer admitted to dragging the headless body to a different part of the park
Friends have told police that the girl had admitted to her boyfriend that she had cheated on him with Artyom – but claimed he had forced himself on her.
But in fact, the friends said she had started kissing him and had initiated their tryst.
“We were then in the apartment with them and personally saw what was happening,” said one friend.
“The next day, [the girl] obviously regretted what had happened and she told her boyfriend.
“Yet she explained it as if Artyom had harassed her and tried to rape her,” reported the local newspaper.
Rasskazov’ girlfriend, 17-year-old Olena Matsneva. her lie led to the altercation and subsequent loss of life
Cops said the killer has since confessed to the gruesome killing, but charges have yet to be filed in the brutal murder of Artyom (picture) who friends said ‘was well liked and had no enemies’
After speaking and arranging to meet at the entrance of the park, Artyom arrived with a female friend called Daria, who apparently left when he started arguing with Rasskazov. Witnesses at the Railway Workers Park said the older teen tried to flee when he saw his rival had a knife.
The 16-year-old was detained and police confirmed his confession, with charges expected to follow. The Investigative Committee confirmed a murder probe is underway.
A friend said: “Nikita [the alleged killer] was spending a lot of time in online groups devoted to maniacs and often carried a knife with him.”
A close pal of Artyom’s said : “He had no enemies, ever.”
It was reported that eyewitnesses at the party confirmed that Olena had taken the initiative with Shustov, yet had later told Rasskazov that it was the dead teen who had ‘harassed her’.
