DC businessman and socialite millioniare Bill Dean set himself right into the heart of the Washington DC social circuit. $4 million shelled out for a big house, turned into the “the ultimate party pad”, a must stop in the annual calendar of DC parties.
This year’s Halloween, Dean, the 51-year-old chief executive of M.C. Dean, one of the country’s biggest electrical contractors, held his annual frightfest bash attended by well heeled revellers.
However, by the end of the evening soiree, a college student said she was raped by a friend of the D.C. millionaire’s at his extravagant bash.
The unidentified 21-year-old claims that a pal of the host raped her on the morning of Oct. 29, at Dean’s Georgetown mansion in the heart of swank DC. The young woman said she snorted cocaine before her attacker made other women leave the room, and then bit, grabbed and raped her.
Corroboration of later developments came from former Playboy playmate, Stephanie Larimore told WashingtonPost that she found the student naked on the floor.
The model said that about 4 a.m. on Oct. 29, after most guests had left, she was on the main floor of the georgetown home when she heard cries of distress upstairs, that she hurried past a bouncer and followed the noise to a second-floor guest room.
“A girl was lying on the floor, naked, saying she needed clothes and she had been sexually assaulted,” Larimore recalled.
According to Larimore, the assailant came back into the room and told the victim to “shut up.”
Larimore said that the man knocked her to the ground, threw another woman, who was covered in body paint against a wall, and made his getaway before police arrived.

As Larimore and the other woman tried to help the victim covered, the attacker allegedly burst into the room, threw the woman offering aid against a wall and bashed Larimore’s head on the floor, said Larimore, who then called the police. The alleged assailant left before police arrived.
DC police said they are still investigating the incident, because the alleged assailant has not been charged with a crime,
