The three plaintiffs, two of whom were Playboy Playmates, claim Rubin raped and beat them to the point that they needed extensive medical attention, court papers say.

At the lavish penthouse, they were shown to a side room featuring ropes, chains and sex toys along with other BDSM equipment.
Rubin they said, gagged, tied up and viciously abused the women, even punching one in the head.
“I’m going to rape you like I rape my daughter,” Rubin  allegedly told one of the plaintiffs during one of the assaults.
The suit describes four different incidents in 2016, where the  former portfolio manager for an investment fund founded by financier George Soros sexually abused women at a Manhattan penthouse dungeon, according to a $27 million Brooklyn federal suit, filed by civil lawyer John Balestriere.
The women sometimes traveled to meet him in pairs and on other occasions they went alone, they said. Each claimed they returned after the first violent encounter because they needed money. All say they were first contacted by Rubin’s staff on Instagram through its direct messaging function.

Rubin’s associates Stephanie Shon and Jennifer Powers, a former model herself who claimed to have slept with Rubin before starting to work for him, allegedly offered them thousands of dollars and free flights to New York to appear in photo-shoots and offer him ‘companionship’.
Once they were in the city, they say they would take cabs to the penthouse from the airport where they’re met by his employees. However each was forced to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before they could meet their host.

The routine was the same, the women say – First they  went to a nearby bar for dinner and drinks then returned to the apartment where they claim Rubin drugged, beat and raped them before leaving ‘to go home to his wife and kids’.
Once in the penthouse, the women say Rubin turned on them. The sex was violent, often he beat them so severely that they required medical treatment.
His associates would then offer them more cash in exchange for their silence and paid their medical bills, they claim.
One alleged victim says he once beat her so badly that her breast implant ‘flipped’. He continued to punch her, stating: “Howie is the daddy. The daddy has to beat his baby’.

Highrise metropolitan tower, New York.jpgThe suit says Rubin’s ‘chief crime location’ was the super luxurious Metropolitan Tower in Manhattan where the women say he beat and raped them in an $8million penthouse

The former Bear Stearns trader paid her $20,000 to repair the damage.
Another says he once threatened: ‘I’m going to rape you like my daughter,’ before proceeding with the act.
One plaintiff was tied up, gagged and shocked with a cattle prod in her groin before Rubin allegedly raped her, according to the filing.
Rubin, who  the plaintiffs accuse of collaborating with two female fixers and a lawyer, had his alleged victims sign non-disclosure agreements, in a bid  to “cover up Rubin’s sexual misconduct and criminal abuse of women and to serve as a cover for his wide-ranging human trafficking scheme,” wrote Balestriere.
Rubin allegedly ordered co-defendants to contact the women on social media, initiating the contact.  One says that in August this year, she received a direct message from Stephanie Shon on Instagram.
A lawyer for one of the women blasted Rubin’s alleged conduct.
“While arrogance and self-import may convince certain men otherwise, neither money nor power gives any person the right to victimize a woman,” said Jeremy Saland.
