A 19-year-old man has been arrested after three homicides in Orange County, Florida on Wednesday. The suspect has been accused of shooting and killing a 20-year-old woman early Wednesday in Pine Hills, Florida. He is also accused of the fatal shooting of an Orlando journalist and a 9-year-old girl.
He also shot and seriously injured a second journalist and the girl’s mom.
Two other victims, another journalist and the minor girl’s mother, were injured and currently in critical condition.
Keith Melvin Moses, a career criminal with a lengthy rap sheet according to the local authorities, was arrested on suspicion of committing all the shootings, which took place between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Orange County Sheriff’s deputies reported to the 6100 block of Hialeah Street in Orlando at around 11:17 a.m. Wednesday, where they discovered a 20-year-old woman who had been fatally shot.
Sheriff John Mina said that Moses was in some way connected to his victim and noted that homicide detectives had collected evidence, conducted follow-up interviews and developed leads before leaving the premises.

At 4:05 p.m. they received a call for two further shootings – one at the same location as the first and another nearby.
The two men shot there were a reporter and photographer for Spectrum News 13 and reporting from the scene of the shooting. The news crew who were covering the Wednesday morning shooting of the young woman, were shot inside their vehicle.
Both men were taken to the hospital, where one has died. The other remains in critical condition.
Nearby on Harrington Street, a mother and a 9-year-old girl were also shot inside their home.
Authorities believe by Moses.
Mina added that Moses was an acquaintance of the woman who was killed in the morning, though there’s no known connection between Moses and the two news staff, the mother or the child who were all shot.
Sheriff Mina said it was ‘unclear’ why Moses chose to enter that family’s home.

Moses has already formally charged with the murder of the woman earlier Wednesday morning and Mina expects further charges from the later shootings.
‘At 19, he has a lengthy criminal history, to include gun charges, aggravated battery and assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and grand theft charges,’ Mina said of Moses.
Mina added that Moses ‘is not saying much right now’ and they have not been able to determine a motive, nor have they figured out if he specifically targeted the media members.
‘It’s unclear why exactly they were targeted, and certainly we’re going to look into that,’ Mina said.
