UK schoolboy Nicholas Prosper on has pled guilty at Luton Crown Court to murdering his mother and two siblings last year September.
Three members of the defendant’s were found dead in the Leabank area of Luton, in Bedfordshire six months ago. The suspected killer Nicholas Prosper, then 18, was arrested near the crime scene shortly after law enforcement responded to reports. The suspect’s loaded shotgun with more than 30 cartridges was found in a bush after his arrest, by police who said he had the intention of carrying out an attack at a school,
At Luton Crown Court on Monday, the 19-year-old who is on trial for killing his mother Juliana Prosper, 48, hi sister Giselle Prosper, 13, as well as his 16-year-old brother Kyle Proper, in a shotgun rampage on September 13, 2024, entered a single guilty plea to each of the three murder charges today.
Nicholas Prosper also admitted to buying a 12-ball Nikko shotgun, without a certificate, a day prior to going on a rampage.
The defendant pled guilty possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, and being in possession of a kitchen knife when he was caught by police after carrying out the atrocity, a short distance away.

Prosper was remanded back into custody until he is sentenced on March 5.
Speaking after after court today deputy chief crown prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service, Chris Derrick, announced: ‘Nicholas Prosper has been convicted of the murder of his mother, Juliana Falcon, and two younger siblings, Kyle and Giselle Prosper, on September 13 last year.
Det Chief Inspector Sam Khanna, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, gave further details about Prosper’s actions and plans following today’s pleas.
He said: ‘This was a truly tragic and shocking case in which three innocent members of the same family have been brutally killed by their son and brother.
‘No words can fully describe the tragedy their loved ones have experienced, and our thoughts continue to be with them at this difficult time.’

The shooter reportedly struck at his home, an apartment on the eighth floor of one of the towers popular with young families just outside Luton town center last year.
Councillor Hazel Simmons, leader of Luton Council, said: ‘First and foremost, we must remember the three innocent victims of these senseless murders. Our thoughts and prayers are very much with them today, along with their family, friends and the wider community who are still deeply impacted by what happened last year.’
Neighbors previously revealed that the defendant spent so much time on the internet in his bedroom that those living directly underneath him in Leabank Tower had no idea he even existed – despite being on friendly terms with his mother and siblings.

A local, Grazyna Karwecka, who lived above Prosper and his family, recalls hearing a woman screaming followed by gunshot and then other loud noises: ‘It sounded like a gun. It was around 5.15am maybe – it was completely silent, I was in my bathroom doing my make up.’
She added: ‘Suddenly I hear a scream – a woman’s scream. Nobody else. It was really strange, especially at this time of day.
‘There was silence. Then I hear some furniture falling or something like that, for maybe ten seconds. Then nothing.
‘I heard a gun fire before the scream – I think it was a woman.’

Juliana Falcón was from Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, migrated to England 30 years, ago. She married Ray Prosper, with whom she shared four children. At the time of the killings, she resided in an apartment off Wauluds Bank Drive with three of her teenage children, including Nicholas.
A reflecting on her death said: ‘She was a super intelligent woman and she was a very dedicated mother to her children, so I find no consolation or explanation for what happened.’
