Police were responding to a report of a person screaming in the city’s Roxborough neighborhood just before 7am that morning
Jordan had a gunshot wound to the back of his head, as cops discovered blood on a mattress inside the family’s house
Danielle was arrested a later and charged with murder, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with and fabricating physical evidence
In another SM post from March 5, Danielle’s hinted that there may have been trouble between her and her husband, as she wrote: ‘I will be his peace if he’s mine.’Ā
She is being held without bail at the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center without – her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 7

A Philadelphia woman accused of murdering her husband had posted an ominous message about ‘other women’ days before her spouse was found shot dead and dumped outside their home.
Danielle Baxter, 39, appeared to make the Facebook post about her relationship with her husband Jordan Baxter, an engineer for the Philadelphia railroad system.
‘These females out here be plotting on your marriage and waiting for your downfall so they can come right on in, and these men let them,’ she wrote on March 14.

Officers responding to a report of a person screaming in the city’s Roxborough neighborhood just before 7am on March 19, found Jordan Baxter’s body dumped between two parked cars near his home, a gun lying on his chest.
The male victim who had a gunshot wound to the back of his head, was pronounced dead by 7.07am. Officers searching the couple’s home discovered blood on a mattress inside the Baxter’s house, 6ABC reports.Ā

When neighbors then woke up that morning, they described a scene of ‘total mayhem’ with ’10 cop cars, rescue vehicles and fire trucks.’
‘It’s a quiet street. That doesn’t happen,’ an unidentified resident told 6ABC.
Another said she couldn’t believe she did not hear any gunshots that morning.
‘Nothing… and I’m right here,’ the stunned neighbor said. ‘I heard absolutely nothing.’
While most people in the neighborhood described the couple and their three children and were very friendly, ‘super nice family,’ at least one other neighbor mentioned that the couple had been separated, and Jordan was no longer living at the house they shared.Ā
An earlier post on Danielle’s social media page from March 5 hinted that there may have been trouble between her and her husband, as she wrote: ‘I will be his peace if he’s mine.’Ā

Danielle was arrested a day after her husband’s body was found outside their home and charged with murder, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with and fabricating physical evidence. She is held without bail at the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center without bail. Her preliminary court hearing is scheduled for April 7.
The couple had three children ages 8, 9, and 15.

In the meantime, concerned residents started aĀ crowd funding pageĀ to help out with for Jordan’s funeral expenses and provide support for the couple’s children – all minors.
The online fundraiser, which was just created on Monday, had already raised more than $28,815 of the $35,000 target, for the family as tributes poured in for Jordan Baxter, who worked at Philadelphia’s railroad system, SEPTA, as an engineer for 14 years.
