A driver has been shot dead by ICE officers in Biddeford, Maine after allegedly trying to mow down agents with his car.
The victim, as shot dead Monday morning after witnesses said he accelerated at agents at an intersection.
The man who has not yet been named,was shot around 7.20 am in front of his toddler daughter in her pajamas.
He is reported to be a 26-year-old Colombian migrant.
This would be fifth time ICE would fatally shoot a target driving a vehicle, bringing the tally of persons fatally shot by ICE since Trump’s second term tow stands at 11.
Although he had a social security number was authorized to work in the United States, however he had orders to leave the country. It is unclear why or when the deportation order was issued.
Based on an outstanding arrest warrant, the man was the target of the ICE operation that ended with his death on Monday morning.

A witness claims the white Kia was rammed repeatedly by a white SUV driven by agents before shots rang out
The official version is that migrant was killed after ignoring orders to stop, instead accelerating towards at agents.
Disturbing footage showed the victim’s white Kia sedan drive slowly in circles while being chased by agents in the town of Biddeford shortly after 7am ET Monday morning..
According to one eyewitness, the early morning tragedy unfolded in front of the victim’s family, including his toddler who was still dressed in her Bluey pajamas.

According to witnesses, the victim was driving the white sedan when it was rammed repeatedly by the white SUV, [left], before shots rang out Moments before one officer goes over and pulls [right], the bloodied driver out and puts him on the ground
One witness reports seeing the man driving through the intersection moments before agents in unmarked vehicles converged on the white Kia sedan and at least four shots were heard.
A white SUV rammed the Kia several times causing it to change direction before an ICE officer got out of the SUV and tried to open the other car’s door before pulling a man out, seconds before he saw an agent pull his weapon and order him to exit his car.
At that point, an ICE officer get out of the SUV and try to open the other car’s door before pulling a man out.
A witness claims he heard the victim who had blood on his face and his head, tell the officer who put him on the ground,‘But I tried to stop,’”
At that point said that the victim had tried to ram him or hit him.

As the migrant lay on the ground, officers secure the scene in Maine on Monday morning. Agents reportedly targeted him because of an outstanding arrest warrant
Biddeford Police described the shooting as a ‘police incident’, that there was no further threat to the public.
The shooting comes just days after an ICE agent also fatally shot a Mexican immigrant during a traffic stop in Houston, which sparked mass protests.
