A Brooklyn teen who says two NYPD detectives forced her to perform sex acts came forward Friday to demand justice.
The officers have admitted to having sex with the teen while on duty but insist it was consensual, according to police sources.
Speaking through her attorney earlier in the week, the 8-year-old woman said two Brooklyn detectives, Richard Hall and Eddie Martins, forced her to perform sex acts in an unmarked police van in exchange for letting her walk free,on September 15.
The Brooklyn teenager told NYPD investigators one of the narcotics officers raped her and both forced her to give them oral sex in a Chipotle parking lot, after threatening to take her to the police station.
Her lawyer, Michael David, said the officers targeted his client after finding prescription drugs in a car during a traffic stop in Calvert Vaux Park in Coney Island.
The cops allegedly let two young men who were with her drive off, but forced the teen to remain with them. Claiming they were searching for drugs, they ordered her to undress, the lawyer said. They didn’t find any narcotics on her, he said, but they cuffed her anyway.
They then pressured her into sex, her lawyer said.
“You’ll spend three hours in the precinct,” they allegedly told her, according to the lawyer, who said they added: “This is what you’re going to do for us, and we’ll let you go.”
“There was zero consent,” David said. “The cops were over 6 feet tall. She’s very petite, like 5-2 and maybe 100 pounds. There’s nothing she could do.”
The detectives from the NYPD’s Brooklyn South narcotics squad claim the acts were consensual, police sources said.
“SHARE THIS, yes its about me,” the 18-year-old woman tweeted, linking to a Post article about her claims.
“Justice needs to be served,” she added in another post.
The teen, who goes by Anna Chambers on social media and consented for her photos to be used, says one of the Brooklyn South narcotics officers raped her and both forced her to give them oral sex in a Chipotle parking lot on Sept. 15. She was handcuffed in a police van at the time, she says.
“These crooked ass cops i swear i never want to see one again. What if someone did that to your daughter,” she tweeted Sept. 18.
The two detectives, Richard Hall and Eddie Martins, have been placed on modified duty along with their supervisor, Sgt. John Espey, and stripped of their guns and shields, law-enforcement sources said. Espey was put on modified because of his failure to supervise, sources said.
Michael David, said his client tweeted out the story and urged people to share it because “she was shocked that the [cops] would say it was consensual after everything that was done to her.
“She just wants everybody to know it’s an absolute lie,” David said. “She was viciously, brutally raped in handcuffs.’’
The teen says she was driving with two male pals in Calvert Vaux Park in Coney Island when they were pulled over by the two plainclothes cops because they were there after dark.

One of the friends, a 24-year-old man, confirmed that the officers searched the car and found his Prozac pills and Klonopin pills inside the young woman’s purse. The pal spoke on condition of anonymity, fearing retribution from police.
“They said she’s not allowed to have them outside the bottle, they’re a controlled substance, and she has to go to the precinct,” he recalled Friday. “I saw them put her in cuffs. She was like, ‘Are you serious?’ ”
The cops told the man that they were taking the teen to the 60th Precinct station house while letting him go, he said.
Her male friend said he went to the station house about a half-hour later and was told no one had been brought in. He left and found her waiting by his car, visibly upset.
“She was totally hysterical,” he said.
“Her hair was a mess, and she ran up to me and gave me a hug, and she was like, ‘They f–ked me. They f–ked me,’ ” he said. “
‘They forced me to have sex with them.’ She was like, ‘I can’t believe this is happening.’ She asked me if I should tell her parents, and I was like, ‘Yeah.’ ”
The friend drove the young woman home. Her mother insisted on bringing her to Maimonides Hospital Center, where doctors performed a rape kit and notified police about the rape, according to police sources.
Both the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau and Brooklyn DA’s Office are investigating. “We’re aware of the allegations, and Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into certain members of Brooklyn South narcotics,” an NYPD rep said.
But when questioned the suspects both claimed the sex was consensual. That claim has incensed the victim, according to David.
“She’s now been victimized twice,” he said. “First she was brutally raped, and then they said it was consensual. That’s insane.”
Her lawyer has filed a notice of claim with the Comptroller’s office, a precursor to suing the city, and is asking for $50 million in damages.
For the victim, the money is not the main concern, according to David; “Nobody really cares about the money,” he said. “Our first concern is that these cops be taken off the force and put in jail so they’ll never be able to do this again,” David said.
